About Donna

RE/MAX Southern Coast partner Donna Findlay is a native of Toronto, Canada. She first moved to the United States in the late 1980's when husband, Fred, was relocated to Dallas. Since that time, she and Fred have also lived in London, Bern, Switzerland, and now, Oak Island.

"We all have different needs in a home at different stages of our lives. Managing moves through years of corporate relocations has given me a perspective on what makes a particular home work." Her former career in advertising and market research is also an asset in determining the best strategies for sellers to maximize their home's potential. "Whether it's a two bedroom condominium or a 5,000 square foot home, there is always the right bure for a property. Listening to what a buyer needs as well as wants is the key to making the right match."

As a real estate investor as well as high volumn agent, Donna learned early on the value of staging a property properly. "An appealing, clutter-free presentation is the key to giving a home the competitive advantage." She personally stages many of the company's listings adding the "wow" factor.
