Excellence Through Marketing

All of my luxury real estate listings are given careful consideration, resulting in a tailored marketing plan that will put your home's best foot forward and get your property sold to the right buyer. Over the past five years I've been the leader of luxury homes sales in Southport, Oak Island and Caswell Beach, selling more homes priced above $400K than any other agent. I've set the record high transaction in these combined markets since 2010 including several sales over $1M and was named the #1 RE/MAX agent in Brunswick County. I credit this success to my comprehensive marketing approach.

Don't just take my word for it. Enjoy a tour.

SHOWCASING YOUR HOME

Most potential buyers make their decision to further pursue a listing based on the photographs they see of a home online or in print. Professional photography and staging helps maximize a listing’s best features, minimizing its lesser qualities. Making sure a home is properly staged and photographed is one of the easiest ways to getting your luxury home sold faster and at the best price.
